The process is long, taking about 6 months. You first attend an orientation that goes over the schedule, the demand, the calls you will take, and the expectations. Then you take testing called Criticall as well as a typing test. If you pass those, you move to the next phase which is the Hogan Test, Perfex, and a panel interview. Then its off to background, drug test, psych evaluation, and BI criminal background check. FInally you have a one on one interview with the chief of communications.
