Multiple interviews with your future manager, you will meet some future colleagues and other managers. Most interviews were on the phone, some interviews were happened online with webcam. Instead of asking you too many questions, they introduced the company and jobs a lot.

Applied through campus career services and was contacted about a month later for an in person interview (no phone screening beforehand). Interview was relaxed, but the 3 people I spoke to had very few questions, and spent most of the time answering my questions
