Initial interview process was handled by an outside housing specialist recruiter. Assessment day included a group task, presentation and interview. The application was open to all degree disciplines- but some questions worked exclusively to the advantage of contraction/property degrees. Feedback received was also trite and contradictory. Expenses were not offered.
