Interviewer swirling around on chair, disinterested and clearly already decided was taking someone else (working for company already) cronyism and waste of time

Initial phone conversation with team manager to discuss brief understanding of the role. This was then followed a week later with a longer, more in depth interview with team manager and programme manager.
