I have actually had multiple interviews here. Very disorganized—each individual team seems to do their own hiring, and does not run it through HR as far as I can tell. Never follow up to tell you where they are in the hiring process, to the extent that they didn’t even answer a direct email I sent asking for an update. One employee even rejected me for a position with the wrong name in the email. Received one offer but wasn’t interested.

Spoke with the person who was in charge of the small department that was hiring. She was very nice. The interview was casual as it was just the first interview. I enjoyed hearing about the department and the role. The questions were mostly conversational and not entirely formulaic.

Initial email with interview options, live interview. Panel interview with direct managers. Set questions, open ended; situational and behavioral. Social distanced. Comfortable and personable group. Received verbal offer same day.
