Brief screening call with HR (30 minutes) in which basic qualifications were asked about. Followed by a conference call about a week later, with hiring manager and senior director (~30 minutes), for more in depth overview of the position, and questions regarding resume/experience.
Took about another week to schedule a half day (~4 hours), in-person interview with senior director, hiring director, and panel interview with team members. Finally, interview with COO and HR.
HR representative misstated timeframe moving forward at this point. I was expecting to hear back about next steps within a day or two of the in-person interview, as stated during the interview, but did not ultimately hear back for another week. For a job in which deadlines were emphasized, quite disappointing that they can't meet their own standards.
