Submitted application online, completed 2 rounds of online testing, performed a video interview through a website, invited to assessment centre where we had to do 2 group activities and give a short presentation 1 on 1. The interview was at the end of the assessment centre and offers were made about 2-4 weeks later.

However, I did not receive a phone call that I was notified of.

Basic questions asking about the interest behind the role and the company. Would ask your strength and your future goal. Relatively relaxed interview. Also asked if I had commissioning experience (I was already working for another company).
