Nos contactamos primeramente por email, y se establecio una pequeña entrevista por llamada telefonica en la cual era solo para saber datos generales, despues si fuiste seleccionado fueron varias entrevistas sobre liderazgo, una en ingles, y una sobre como resolverias ciertos problemas en la empresa

Future shaper lab, which include an introduction to Orica. The task is in the breakout room quick introduction and teams work on problem solving activity, after 4min Groups present back to main room and assessors ask questions.

Design one innovation with your group and at the end do a presentation
The interview process is a phone screening and then an on site interview. They moved fairly quickly through the process. The questions they asked were simple but any questions asked had answers that were definitely politically answered.
