Screening/ 1st interview was minimal. I looked good on paper so i needed to score higher than my competitors on the CCAT. I only got to question 30 of 50 on the CCAT and did not progress. The next steps would have been a panel interview and finally a writing assignment

I was originally told by the recruiter there would be 2 interviews and a competency assessment. I completed the first interview with the hiring manager and the competency assessment. After the panel interview which they only allowed 30 minutes and no time for questions by me I was told I would need to interview with the VP. The VP interview was 30 minutes and was the final decision maker in the process. The interview process was streamlined but 30 minutes for a panel and for a final VP interview is unrealistic.
