Very disgusting to treat a potential employee / customer in this manner, after completing online application forms, i was also asked to fill the same information on arrival, interview startedlate as the interviewer went outside to the smoking area with colleagues for 15 minutes, the interviewer came across new and inexperienced, but was doing the interview alone, after being told i would receive feedback in a week, after 2 weeks i was told they had some more interviews to do, and found they had re-advertised the role, after chasing for a further 4 weeks the best i got was, its probably a no as they have interviewed someone else and given them a technical test and really like them. I was not given an oppurtunity for a test and i feel that if i was not right for this role i should have been told, not misled for 6 weeks, where i could have secured other interviews, especially as i made them aware i was out of work at the time
