Interview went for 1 hour. I was interviewed for a site based role. It was an online interview and there were 3 people in the panel. Two were from site and one the manager from Brisbane. Firstly, they all introduced themselves, then asked about me and my experience. The way they were conducting the interview was very informal which made me more confident in my answers. Then they asked 5 behavioral questions. Even though I was unsuccessful, I have a good learning experience. The reason they told I was not selected was I had no site experience.
