Talked to the DevOps engineering manager Greg who said he was interested in taking a seasoned software engineer and helping him transition into DevOps role. These guys really put me through the ringer and the process took months. I ended up going through 4+ interviews and they seemed very happy and impressed. They even had me interview with one of their software engineer leads to prove my software skills. The company has a pretty long, stretched process and they do not notify you much. After inquiring weeks after my final interview they finally took on themselves to send me the rejection letter. I will say it is not worth the effort to try interviewing at this company as they will be pooling lots of applicants and take their time in giving any feedback. Never appreciated , especially if they acting so interested in a candidate and making them go through so many rounds. To be honest, the amount of effort the type of pay a company like this has is definitely not worth it.
