I got a call from the company asking if I would be interested for the job of an IT Trainer. I lived in Jorhat and the company was in Guwahati so I had to travel there the next day for the interview. When I reached there I was called upon by their attendant who inquired about me, my qualification, if I knew about the company and if I would be okay for the job. Then she asked me to wait for a second round. The experience there was quite something. Two of the employers interviewed me for the job of an English and Soft Skills trainer. The interview felt less like a job interview and more like a police interrogation, one acting as the good cop and other as the bad cop. After that round was over, I was asked to wait for a Skype round. During that Skype interview, a woman interviews me again for the job of an English Trainer. At the end I was asked to wait again. The second round interviewer now asks if I were to be selected how soon I could join, what was my salary expectation and if I think I was eligible to teach people older than me. I answered them all positively and then I was told that the interview was done and they would let me know the result over the phone. I never heard from them again.
