The interview process started with an initial HR screening, which focused on my background, experience, and interest in the role. This was followed by an interview with my direct manager and the Group Financial Controller. Both interviewers were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the discussion. They asked about my technical skills, previous tax and accounting experience, and how I handle deadlines. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience.
