Once the interview process starts it'll take 2-3 weeks to complete. The first step is phone interview which they ask simple questions, and tell you about company policies.
The second step is in person interview where it's like most jobs asking basic questions about why you want to work for Orkin, and qualifications. Afterwards they ask for a second interview with a script of a fictitious company they give you to take home to study. When you go to the second interview it'll be the sales presentation which the branch manager acts as the customer, and the regional sales manager observes through Zoom. Then your interviewed by the regional sales manager.
Third and final step is the drug test that can take up to a week to get results for.

Very straightforward and to the point. A few video interviews, then offered the position. As long as you’re honest and accurate with personal work history and experience you will do fine.
