I had 2 interviews with Orlandi. I found the Human Resource Director to be professional, thorough and helpful. First interview was with the Director of HR and the Director of Purchasing. The interview was thorough and on task to the position. I did feel that they were concealing that they were trying to replace someone currently in the position and that they have had a high turn-over rate. My second interview was with one of the owners and the VP of Accounting. The owner was unprepared and preoccupied. He seemed to make up questions as he went along which I found irrelevant to the the position. The VP of Accounting sat dead silent offering nothing to the process. My overall impression of the culture of the company was that the employees are afraid of the owner. My impression was that they are old school and fear based.
