I was called for an interview and set a date and time for it. Once I was in the interview I met with the Manager and the Office Coordinator for that department. I was asked about my past experience and how it pertained to the current job. It was casual but professional. They seemed to like me because we talked for 1.5 hours. I was called a few days later and they offered me the position.
