Initial phone call went great, not sure how I got through the filtering as they were requesting 3-5 years experience, and I hadn't even graduated college at the time. The second interview didn't go smooth at all. My experience was obviously very green, so I was attempting to relate what little experience I had to the questions being asked as best I could. The interviewers were really disrespectful and basically told me why my experience was meaningless. I was getting vibes that they REALLY wanted me to know how much more intelligent they were than me.
