"Process"? There was NOT a process. I was interviewed casually over the phone, then brought in for a 1st interview and did a mock write up, then I had to send writing samples, then I had a 2nd interview with two people and a homework assignment, then I heard nothing for MONTHS (despite constant reassurance I'd hear back). Very unprofessional.
