I had one phone call as I was living outside of TN at the time. The interview was very casual and laid back, focused on high level experience, what I liked and eventually moved into BS'ing about TN, the weather, etc. I only talked to my direct supervisor. It was around holiday season, so I believe everyone else was in and out of the office.
