They used an outside recruiter that then connected me to an internal recruiter that set up my interview with an executive consultant in the organization. I was told that they were impressed and I would proceed to the next round by the external recruiter. Within 2 weeks if my interview, I was told that they were holding on filling roles. I still see job postings but after two weeks of follow up decided not to pursue.
