Interview process consisted of an intro phone screen, a call with a manager on the insurance ops team, a 30 min case/python/sql technical assessment, then a final round interview that consisted of a few behavioral interviews and a case. Everyone was very friendly and the team seemed great. A week and half after the final round I was notified that the team no longer has a need for this role / will no longer be hiring for this role, and that however feedback was good and they'd like to consider me for a different role. A little unfortunate given I had the final round a week prior -- what changed in that time frame? Nonetheless, Oscar seemed like a great place to work.

The submitted application to a recruiter email took around 1 month, then there is a first round of phone interview for 30 minutes. The recruiter was late for around 10 minutes. Basic questions about my background and experience on technologies.
