      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Oteemo (Reston, VA) nel mese di gen 2019

      Colloquio

      This company is very unprofessional and unorganized. They have no respect for your time and other professional etiquettes when it comes to interviewing. A typical staff argumentation company in my opinion and nothing more than that. I was interviewed for a remote job. Recruiter contacted me on linkedin. First interview was scheduled in 10 days. I was told that second interview would be a video call with three of their team members followed by another interview and their names and linkedin profiles were shared. For the first interview I was asked to prepare a presentation on a topic of my choice. I invested 5 hours in to it. Interview date was set early in the morning. I got a call 20 minutes before the interview that all the interviewers got pulled in to a meeting. Another date/time was set with the same set of people. However, a different person altogether showed up in the video call and the folks on my interview list were nowhere to be seen. Right after the interview was over, the same person left me a voice message and emailed me that he forgot to ask 1 question during the interview. Anyway, the very next day I was told that the interview went very well and the CEO of the company would like to speak to me. We were already 14 days in to the process. This was on Friday and I was told by the recruiter that she would get the CEO talk to me on Monday and give me a feedback as well. I never heard back from them till tuesday mid day and that made me ask them for a feedback. The very next day, suddenly I get an email from the recruiter that remote job option is not there all of a sudden. I was told that client wants remote folks to be in this company's location in VA and not the client location. Sounded too fishy to me the way it was explained and they way remote job option was off the table 2 weeks after the interview process started within 2 days after the final tech interview. Also, keep in mind that before the rescheduled tech interview, I was told that presentation won't be necessary anymore. I had already invested 5 hours in to it. All in all, very unprofessional and unreliable company and one needs to be very careful investing time in to them during interviews.
