Pleasant initial experience with the HR person. This was followed by zoom interview with hiring manager. then by one day of interviews with 6 people. Overall strong positive vibes that I was a very good fit. Finally one last interview with a SVP level person who decided to do the interview from his car---overall ridiculous and uncomfortable experience. I figured since this person is not the hiring manager he wouldn't interfere with the decision process but likely his word counted the most so sure enough I didn't get the job. These companies should stop bombarding people's self esteem by dragging them through 10 interviews and deciding to not extend an offer. You don't need 10 interview to realize if someone is a good fit or not. Ridiculous and wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.
