First interview was with HR, than with my Manager, and the last interview I did a presentation for 4 people (from different backgrounds), including a training. After that I got a call from them proposing a freelance contract before the hire.

The process took place in two phases: an initial exploratory interview followed by the presentation of a storyboard that was sent to me as a challenge. The entire process was guided with maximum professionalism.
