A long process with large gaps in scheduling. Neither the recruiting team nor the hiring interviewers knew what they were looking for.
No response to inquiries and ultimately a series of ghosting from all individuals.
Several meetings in order to get to know you and your fit to the role. Mine included a roleplay where I had to explain how to evolve a part of the product.

I have probably spent 40 hours on preparing the assignment.
Made it to the final stage, but unfortunately did not receive an offer.
