Very short and to the point. I was referred by a current employee so the process was expedited. I met with two managers so it was thorough. I felt comfortable with who I spoke too and never felt intimmidated.

Presencial, entrevista com a equipe ,cem seguida entrevista com a proprietária , pessoal simpático, mas se não gostarem de vc dispensam na hora alegando que chamam depois . É um lugar alegre , depois passando te chamam para um teste. Fui chamada mas nunca houve resposta

Really easy, genuine conversation, sat down with a few different managers and answered some basic questions. They are really welcoming and offer you something to drink. There is a culture there that is different (in a positive way) from other chains which speaks to their operational efficiency and dedication to hiring and retaining strong team members.
