It was simple. You just make them feel like you have restaurant experience. If you don't, just say you're a kid and this is your first job. No problem. And then, if you make it to the part where they ask about availability, just tell them what you think they want to hear.

The process was hurried and fast-paced. The questions were basic and to the point. It lasted 15 minutes and all that really mattered was experience. It took them a while to get out to me when arrived.
