Simple, asked some questions, if they liked you they set up your first training day. Training would be held a few days later, and if they don't ask after the interview, chances are they didn't really feel you were a good fit.

Presencial, entrevista com a equipe ,cem seguida entrevista com a proprietária , pessoal simpático, mas se não gostarem de vc dispensam na hora alegando que chamam depois . É um lugar alegre , depois passando te chamam para um teste. Fui chamada mas nunca houve resposta

Really easy, genuine conversation, sat down with a few different managers and answered some basic questions. They are really welcoming and offer you something to drink. There is a culture there that is different (in a positive way) from other chains which speaks to their operational efficiency and dedication to hiring and retaining strong team members.
