Had a phone screen that mostly covered background and goals. Then the on site interview in Akron. Everyone was friendly and did a great job explaining what the company does and what expectations they have for the position. Had a group interview with 2 of the partners, a development manager, and the hr manager. Once that was finished I got a tour of the office. The CEO called after to discuss their offer however I was unable to answer at the time and then I never got a follow up call from him after I called back to no answer.

first there will be screening call and next one will be face to face. They will make offer after this phase.

Will have few common logical questions or puzzles, like , swap two variables without using temp. If you know terms mentions in JD you just have to explain them how you used it previously.
