The interview process consisted of 4 interviews and a take home assignment. I applied through their website and received a take-home assignment alongside an emailed response. The take-home has very lax requirements but you can really show your expertise if you give it some thought. The deadline was not tight either, so you can take your time with it. After the take-home, I was invited for a technical interview with the team lead and potential manager. We discussed my solution to the assignment, my over all experience, expectations and some behavioural stuff. After the technical interview comes the HR interview, which is more or less focused only on the behavioural part, making sure you'll fit with the company culture, etc. After the HR interview comes the last step, which is a short interview with the general manager of the branch I was interviewing for. After a couple of days I received an offer. Over all, the process was smooth and even though there were quite a few interviews, the whole thing took around two-three weeks from application -> offer.
