Had a really positive interview experience with Outset. The process was smooth from start to finish, well-organized, timely, and easy to navigate.
The onsite was what really stood out. Every person I spoke with was warm, welcoming, and clearly invested in making the conversation feel comfortable. It's the kind of environment where you walk out thinking, "I'd actually love to work here."
The kindness and professionalism of the team spoke volumes about the culture. 10/10 would recommend going through their process.

Best interview experience I’ve had so far. The process included coding, system design, behavioral, technical screen, and onsite rounds, but it felt very thoughtfully structured. It seemed like the interviews were tailored to your strengths, allowing them to evaluate whether you’re a good match.
All of the interviewers were very friendly. They not only provided helpful guidance during the interviews but were also genuinely enjoyable to talk to—you could really feel their passion.
Overall, an excellent interview experience.
