1. Normal interview , asking about self introduction. Followed by them explaining about what they do and what you will be doing (which is just sales) 2. Bring you out to observe how their staff do sales. Ask whether you are keen to learn about it 3. Come back for another interview if they like you. Mainly about how keen are you to learn about doing sales. And they will offer a 12 days trial period for you to learn

The title was completely different from the job scope. After a brief introduction of ourselves, we were tagged to full-timers to observe how they perform their daily job tasks. If they like you, they will ask you to come back to the office for a 2nd round of interview.
