Phone call with regional manager, then either phone call or Skype interview with upper management from corporate HQ. They ask very specific questions about metrics and expectations from prior jobs, but then spend more time talking about how great Outsource is than they do learning about you as a candidate

There was only 1 technical question, which was the manager asking which job boards I preferred, and when I said I was comfortable and experienced with all of the the boards as well as LinkedIn, he started talking about football and totally went off track,. Unprofessional for a technical portion of an interview
