FREE spec work to test out to see if you are the right match with company style with out any phone or personal interview. Not to mention they don't give you a heads up. Instead, they just demand you to draft up a design to submit on final die-line for mass production (probably asking for free ideas for them to run the design). They don't have the respect for creative talent's time nor their skills. It's companies like this bullies the creative talents and drives down the talent rate. If this is how they treat their potential candidates, imagine what it'll be like when you actually got hired!
