I arrived 20 minutes early, and ended up waiting approximately 2 hours for the interview. Upon having waited that long, the manger who was set to interview me didn’t apologize, nor did she even interview me at all — she delegated the task to another staff member who could’ve interviewed me at the set time. I was told I would receive a phone call later that day and I never heard from them. Some things are blessings though, because I read the Glassdoor reviews after the interview and can now see that it would’ve been a negative work experience. So much could be said, but it all boils down to respect. And I now have learned to never wait that long for an interview, even when I am promised that an interviewer will arrive in 20 minutes (every 20 minutes). Sigh.
