      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Overhead Door Corporation (Lewisville, TX) nel mese di lug 2021

      Colloquio

      Applied through their ATS. Received an initial call from internal recruiter to gauge interest and provide more detail on company & position. She scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager later in the week. Phone interview lasted about 45 minutes and was an open conversation about my background and how it related to the opportunity. Following the phone interview I received an email inviting me to take some online assesments. Took about an hour and consisted of personality/leadership profile and IQ type testing. A few days later I was scheduled for an interview day that consisted of interviews with 5 VPs and the division President over a 6 1/2 hour period. All people very friendly and cordial. Most interviews were loosely structured and provided plenty of opportunity to ask questions. People were all professional and the recruiter kept everything on track. A big red flag was that the incumbent was being replaced and didn't know it yet, so it really felt underhanded sneeking around the office. In the end it didn't matter since I was ghosted and never got a response to update requests, .Just chalked it up as another company stuck in the 90's and moved on.
