Sent in resume to HR. A phone interview was conducted for initial screening and then passed along to regional manager for interview. Interviewed with the decision maker then given an offer several days latter.

Very deceptive process, they did not tell the truth about anything... you can not imagine how bad this company is until you joint... The person who interviewed me left the company in disgust. Very dishonest process, and most of the new hire leave when they find the truth.

I asked a question about a job related question, the answer was: "if you do not know the answer you should not be an auditor". The question was about a new law in Tennessee, and just moved from a different state.

The hiring and interview process was easy. However, I was misled from the beginning. The company was so desperate to hire people, there was virtually no interview. Promises were made that were false. The company just wanted warm bodies who could breath and whose neurons were firing.
