The interview process consisted of an HR screen call, hiring manager call, and a 3 hour panel interview that took about a month to complete. They mostly asked behavioral based questions and some technical. They are really trying to figure out how you would fit in the company and the role. They want you to be as specific as possible on your work experience and examples. The panel interviews were with other managers and directors that you would be collaborating with frequently and some occasionally. Overall everyone was
mostly friendly and the interview was manageable (if you prepare). However, they informed me that I did not get the position by sending an automatic HR email response at 3am a few days later. A very cowardly and apprehensive way of handling that part of the process and honestly turned me off as to looking at other roles at OC.
