Initially contacted by their outsourced recruiting firm (The Right Thing) for basic personality questions. Was contacted for a technical phone screen with 2 of the senior team members and the hiring manager. Was brought on site for a panel interview with HR, Hiring Manager and 1 other manager which consisted of mainly behavioral style questions. This was followed by another technical interview with the Hiring Manager and the 2 senior staff.
