Initial interview with varying questions, getting to know each other. Basic jobs questions to see if the job is a good match. Second interview with some behavioral questions. Overall not a bad experience.

All questions are Situational Interview Questions where you have to answer with specific examples of when you demonstrated that capibility. You meet with several teams of interviewers and take a tour of the work area.
