It was a long process, which I know see is pretty standard practice for OC. 3 phone interviews, 2 in person panel interviews, and a plant tour. Most everyone at the plant was very friendly and I felt very welcome. However, I was a little surprised and frustrated at the disorganization of the interview process, including interviewers being on vacation, in meetings, or not in the office that day for my panel interviews. Paring down the number of people required for an interview would help be more respectful of candidates' time. I got strung along for about a month after my interview before I decided to cut my losses and move on!
