First was a virtual interview with an HR rep and then you may be selected to attend site for a panel interview and later another panel if selected and a plant tour.

First screening interview, basic questions and going over resume. Second interview with plant leader over the phone much the same just a bit more detailed. Third in-person interview some roll playing, tried to tie my experience into the position. Then a fourth interview with more leadership, much the same roll playing and explaining my resume. Then a fifth interview with HR leader with some more basic questions. About a month long process very detailed and felt like I was “behind” the whole time.
