I was offered an interview at a campus job fair. The interview was with the H.R. manager at a local plant as well as a technician who had worked there almost 20 years. It lasted about 35 minutes

Very short and mostly just situational questions. They asked a lot of project collaboration and what it means to be a team player. Discussed a lot of topics of failure.

I had talked to an Owens Corning representative at my school career fair and was offered an interview the next day. The interview was 30-45 minutes of behavioral questions; make sure you use the STAR method.
