Phone Interview, on site interview, physical and drug screen, and offer. Relaxed atmosphere, multiples person panels from different disciplines, and fair straight forward round of questions. In addition, they provide a plant tour, introduce you to people on site but not involved in your interview, and provide lunch and refreshments during the interview.

Owens Corning reached out to me and invited me to talk to them at the career fair after seeing my resume on my school's career services website. I talked to a recruiter at my school's career fair and applied online. Once I was notified I received an interview I was invited to an info session the night before my interview. There was just one round of on-campus interviews with a more senior engineer and a member of the Manufacturing Leadership Program.

General questions about situations and what you did to succeed in situations. Leadership, teamwork, and driving initiatives. It was very easy and very swift. HR is very helpful. They get with you in such a short period of time if you're a top candidate.
