I interviewed at the Tel Aviv office for a Software backend engineer and held three interviews at total.
The first Interview was with a senior developer with 15+ years of experiences. the question was a typical whiteboard question, but the whole interview was just awful, mainly because the interviewer has poor people skills, it felt like that the only thing that he wants is to prove how smart he is, and how wrong you are.
Second Interview was with the team leader. same whiteboard questions idea, and then he would add a twist. (The team leader was the only one who actually had any type of people skills through the whole process, and that includes the HR recruiter who was just unprofessional)
The third and final interview was with the Manager and a Founder. here also you are requested to answer a whiteboard question, and then you get two more followup questions.
I have got to admit this was the worst interview I ever had. the Manager is the most arrogant person I have ever met, held a 15 min conversation with me first on why my previous workplace (a successful startup i might add) is irrelevant, and then started to criticize my University that I have had studied at (once again, a very successful one if I might add)
I would stay away from this place, just because of the people if I were you.

Total 3 rounds of technical interview for India location including one with the Director of Nimmetry(acquired by OB).
Then HR discussion post which there was no communication from the HR coordinator. Complete silence which is very unprofessional. Doesn't seem to the right place culturally.

Very good and thoughtful process.
One introduction interview, then two technical interviews.
They were very transparent regarding the job and the entire product.
I have eventually got a very good offer, it was a good & more than expected offer.
