- Quickly received a zoom interview with the hiring manager.
- Flexible when I had to reschedule due to a scheduling conflict.
- Zoom interview with the hiring manager was refreshing, open, honest, and was willing to answer all my questions thoroughly.
A fantastic experience overall, the hiring manager was not worried about the normal "fluff" an interview normally has. The questions they asked were to the point and concise. They treated me like a human being, we had a fantastic candid conversation and not a fake going through the motions interview.
Feedback for anyone interviewing: Come prepared, ask questions, do your research, and do not be scared to express your concerns. You're interviewing them as much as they are interviewing you.
