Very disorganized. The phone interview was fine, but their follow-up after was less than ideal. They scheduled a follow-up and canceled the hour before stating they wanted to reschedule and never did.

The interview process at OwnLocal is very interesting and unique but can definitely take some time, anywhere from 6 weeks to 2 months. I would definitely recommend being honest on the application.
