It was very smooth. They gave me plenty of information beforehand, so I felt prepared. Unfortunately I froze on a couple questions, but that's not their fault. The interviewer was very kind and friendly and easy to talk to, thought she did ask some tough questions. They gave me a response within 24 hours (sadly a no). Their rejection email was the gentlest and most encouraging I've ever received.
