I had an initial interview with a Lead Developer. It didn't start off very well, as the interviewer barely looked at the camera for about 30 minutes. Looking around everywhere but so straight away I didn't get a good feeling.
Nothing was mentioned on the job description that you'd be working 50% on PHP.
This isn't all on the person doing the interview, it's also on me, I didn't answer the questions very well and didn't articulate my experience fully.
This was my first interview in 7 years so I was a little out of practice. Plus when the person you're speaking to didn't look interested, why would you want to engage fully.

If you want to have your time wasted by an unpaid tech test and shifty interviewers then apply to Oxbury. The feedback given at the end was not applicable to my own performance in the interview or experience at the job. The feedback was based on questions they did not ask or sufficiently cover in the interview. An overly formulaic yet disingenuous interview you often find at small startups where there's the vanity of a 'process' yet it just boils down to feelings.
Feedback for Oxbury: don't waste time with tech test, and 4 hr interview, hire someone for half a day.
Interview process: Screening call, 2-3hr technical test, 4hr final interview.
